Awful customer service

I have been a customer for 35 years. I was given a $15.00 reward.

When I went to use it, it expired. I called and spoke to a supervisor who told me I would get a new code in 48 hours. I never got it. I called back and was promised again, but I never got it.

72 hours later, I called again and supervisor Billy said, 'You have a lot of patience; I will issue a code now.' It didn't work. He said, 'I'll call you tomorrow; we'll sort it out.' The next day he called and said, 'We're not going to give you a code; you had to spend $50.00.' They're phonies; it never said that. I got nothing but a waste of time and effort.

35 years of being a great customer is about to end. Phony baloney.

Again and supervisor Billy said Ill get you the code. It still didnt work.

He said dont worry tomorrow Ill call you and get this straightened out, thanks for your patience the next day he called and said yor not getting the reward, unless you spend 50.00. It never said that. This company is phony baloney. All the time and effort I put in and thats the result I get.

35 years off being a good customer is about to end because of being lied to and a cheap company with a lot of money. Im surprised I was treated like crap.

Horrible Quality

First, Id like to say Ive been buying clothes from Venus for roughly 20 years. Ive always had a great experience with the quality of clothes as well as the fit excluding a couple of items here or there that mightve not fit exactly how Id like them.

I placed an order to Venus a couple months ago and the items did not fit how I liked so I returned them. Venus has always had a free return policy until just recently theyre charging almost $12 to return an item. First they say its $8.99 but then they say it was a promotional shipping so they charge you additional money for a return. Shame on me because last time when I ordered, I said that was it.

Ill never order from Venus again, but silly me I forgot. I just had another order deliver from them and need to return the items. Their quality of clothes used to be amazing. I still have dresses from years ago that I wear and still get tons of compliments on that.

They have held up well and look just as good as the day that I bought them. However, these last two orders and more specifically this last one, the quality of items is HORRID. The dresses that I got do not fit over my chest and I actually ordered a size up. Their sizing is way off the quality the seams the fit is all trash lately.

Their dresses now remind me of the clothes, my teenage daughter orders from SHEIN.

THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING FROM VENUS. I WILL NO LONGER BE ORDERING CLOTHES FROM THEM AS THEY CHANGED SOMETHING THAT THEYRE DOING OR THEIR MANUFACTURING COMPANY AND ITS SOME OF THE WORST CLOTHING THAT IVE EVER SEEN COME FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ripped off

I have been a customer for many years and never had a problem with returning anything until recently. I bought a blouse that was too large and when I returned it they charged me over $6 for a $30 blouse.

Maybe if their size chart was more accurate they would not have to steal from the customer. Therefore I have canceled my account and cut up my charge card.

Feeling ripped off

I have never had a problem with returns until recently I ordered a blouse that was too large and when I returned it they charged me over $6 for a $26 blouse I even asked to have my refund put in my Venus wallet maybe if their size charts were more accurate they would not have to steal from the customer I have been a loyal customer for many years but after this I have canceled my account.

Won’t let me pay my bill

I didnt realize I was late with my bill payment until I received a notification. I tried to pay online and it kept saying my information was incorrect.

I called customer service and they said I had to wait until Monday because corporate was closed. I cant believe they wont take my payment!

I only owe a total of $30.00 and I wanted to pay $30.00. What is going on?!

Got no answer. Tried to contact you several times, concerning returns.

NO LUCK so far!

I asked for a return label for some merchandise. No answer. I dont know how much more you need to know.

I ordered 2 shirts and frim Canada so it wsx the price plus shipping and duty so they were not cheap. I can't return as it wouldmt benefit me paying shipping agaim so I can't return but I'll be donating to the shelter these 2 shirts. They don't look near as nice and I domg know how ppl have these reviews of great clothing I've never been so disappointed Thank yiu

Will never use Venus again. Had an email sent to me for 30% off total order with exp .

DEC 2022. Upon trying to use the code it wouldn't work. I chatted with customer service I was told it was a venus typo error and it would be honored and to place my order and go back into chat after my order, give them my order number and it would be adjusted. I used a 10% code I had so I just needed the 20%.

Chatted, stated couldn't help me and to call a number. Call the number, wrong number!!!! Looked up correct number, called and was told "we cannot do that, I have to cancel the entire order and start again to use my 30% off". I said fine, lets cancel and restart over the phone.

Then I'm told no bc the order was printed (i literally placed the order 3 minutes ago and was told to call in right after to have this adjusted). I confirmed several times with an agent that this is what i had to do. Then the story changed, again I was told no, and to call to get this fixed once it shipped!! This is like after 5 chats and 4 phone calls to your company about this.

So then I called after shipping and was told again "NO" that I would have to call once the order arrives now to get the extra 20% off!!! I had to call again!!! Called once it arrived and still a problem. After a million calls and chats, not one person helped me with this.

Venus made an error, I was told it would be honored, and then no???? I've bought thousands of dollars in venus clothing and I will no longer be shopping with your company due to the unprofessionalism and inability to solve a simple issue. The rudeness exemplified when i finally got a customer service Supervisor that I finally had to ask for on the phone was giving me the run around. Finally I was so upset and frustrated that my husband who the credit card is under got on the phone.

He asked this supervisor to just simply credit the 20% I was owed to my credit card. He agreed and as soon as he said that he would do this he literally hung up on myself and my husband. Not to my surprise he never did the credit. And he hung up on us.

Worst experience ever! I will no longer be shopping with venus. I will go with a company that has customer service that works, is not rude, does what it says.

So awful. Zero zero zero!!!!

You live in florida, as an attorney I have access to these things. Good luck, maybe try and stay out of things that so not concern you at all. Btw- I was not told no. All lies, that's not even in my report.

They ended up doing more than 30%.

So there you go. Get a life.

Apparent delay of timely delivery

Email states item would arrive on 03/18/23. But when I called to ask where it is, now I was told itll arrive on 04/22/23.

The customer service line only stated that I can order 2 day service next time. Disappointing.

They are ripping me off

I DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY TO VENUS !

So let me ask you all this, as consumers and human beings who works hard for their money, would you pay $300+ for something you returned and got verbal confirmation from Venus that they did in fact receive my returned order but said it takes 3 weeks to process the return and when you tell them it's been 7 weeks and then they tell you "due to covid" there is a delay in processing then they constantly harass you for a payment.... payment for what ?

I returned everything so I don't owe anything and why am I getting charged interest? I'm told until the return is processed I still have to pay and that once it's processed I'll recieve credit for my payment. So so like an idiot I made a $41 payment... it has now been I believe almost 6 months and they still have not processed my return and keep charging interest so I demanded they close the account.

I gave up even speaking to them because they apparently do not know what they are doing, they totally 100% screwd up and screwed me over and now are screwing up my credit and no body will listen to me .... now back to my question, you as a human being ... how would you handle this ? Would you pay now over $300 for items you didn't keep?

I'm a single mother of 6 barely making it paycheck to paycheck I don't have money to throw around and hope that someday they will get thier crap together and process the return and refund my money . I can't take that gamble ... so what am I supposed to do?? I have spoken to at least 7 different reps with Venus I've sent emails to their "corporate" offices.

No one responds and when you talk to them it's like they don't comprehend anything I say they just all read thier scripts and keep saying it takes 3 weeks to process a return ... I screamed at the last one I was so beyond frustrated...

what do they not understand when you say it's been 6 MONTHS !!! I don't know what to do at this point, they are screwing up my credit and I do not have 1 item of theirs , oh and they took my online account access away so now I can't even retrieve the message when they confirmed that they did recieve my return

And I do not even know my full acct # because I never recieved my card which I told them several times but they never addressed the issue, I have never received one piece of mail from venus
